Our Pangsit has a NEW Recipe! TRY!

you may want to try it again!

Our CHEF (Dearest Mommy!) have done something different with the meaty bit =)

We included another secret ingredient, now it's softer and more savoury!

Come and TRY!

(We would most welcome feedback too)

Also, if you are fasting this month, why not break fast with BAKMIE?

See you at MAKAN BAKMIE soon!

PS: Our Yamien turns out to be a new favourite especially with the locals! Because it reminds them of the famous INDOMIE Goreng! =)

THANK YOU!!!

We've had many visitors for the first week, and guess what?
(No prize for guessing) Mostly Indonesians!!!

Their feedbacks are most accurate!
We received many valuable feedbacks!
So far, the Indonesians feel that our own-made Bakmie and Pangsit are very very AUTHENTIC... YAY!!!

We have however, decided to make our Pangsit skin thinner, so the Pangsit Goreng will be crunchier and the Pangsit Rebus more savoury.
Also, the blog was a bit too dark.. so I've changed it to brighter colour..better now ?? =)

Our previous pictures were also, sorry to say, unappetizing..

We have many Indonesian customers coming back with many friends, but we had problem getting the Singaporeans to try BAKMIE.. Hmm.. At first I was puzzled at how unadventurous Singaporeans can be. But then I realised..I am sure that Singaporeans are adventurous, especially with Indonesian Food! BUT! We HAD to CHANGE our pictures to more APPETIZING ones!!

SOOOOOOOOO........(Drumrolll... )

I'd like to now present you our new MENU with new photoes!

Pangsit anyone???

MMMMmmmm..........

Add extra sides???

Looks good?

Come on down to
